Start with a clear picture

AI Readiness Audit

A fixed-fee, two-week look at your data, workflows, and security posture. You get a plain-language report on where you actually stand and what to do first — no commitment beyond that.

For companies considering AI but unsure which use case is worth pursuing, what data is ready, or which risks need attention before a pilot.

The decision the audit supports

Where can AI help your business first, and what must be in place to use it responsibly? The answer may be a small pilot, better data preparation, a conventional search tool, or a decision to wait. We make the trade-offs visible before you commit to a build.

Where is the value?

Identify recurring work, pain points, and a small set of candidate use cases with clear business owners.

Is the data ready?

Look at representative sources, ownership, quality, access, and permitted use before assuming they should feed an AI system.

What needs control?

Review relevant security, privacy, operational, and provider questions so a pilot has an explicit boundary and accountable owners.

What you receive

A report and readout your business and IT leaders can use to make the next decision. We distinguish checked evidence from assumptions and unresolved questions.

  1. 01

    Readiness snapshot

A plain-language view of opportunities, data preparation, security, and operating ownership.

  2. 02

    Prioritized use cases

A short list explaining expected value, effort, dependencies, and reasons to defer.

  3. 03

    Risk and control map

The main data, access, provider, logging, and support questions for the proposed first use case.

  4. 04

    Practical next steps

An ordered preparation plan, a possible pilot boundary, and measures for a stop, revise, or proceed decision.

How the two weeks work

We agree the scope and evidence access before starting. The sequence below is a guide; timing depends on timely access to the right people and information.

01

Set the boundary

Agree goals, participants, sources, exclusions, and the decision the audit must support.

02

Review a sample

Talk with owners and inspect representative workflows, documents, access, and existing controls.

03

Compare options

Rank use cases, identify gaps, and outline a bounded first pilot or a better alternative.

04

Make the decision

Validate factual statements with your owners and walk through the report and next steps.

A security lens from the start

AI can move information through source files, prompts, models, logs, and third-party services. We map the relevant path and flag where access, retention, or operating responsibility needs a decision. A private deployment may reduce some exposure, but its controls still need to be designed and checked.

What this audit is not

It is not a penetration test, certification, exhaustive data inventory, legal opinion, or production implementation. Deeper technical security testing and any follow-on build require their own scope and agreement. Unknown or untested controls stay marked as such in the report.

Start with the audit

Tell us what you hope AI could improve and what data or decisions need to stay under your control. We will discuss a workable scope and confirm the fixed fee before an engagement begins.
